Marco Minghetti Marco Minghetti, author of numerous articles and essays on management, he is in charge of Internal Communication for the Gruppo Eni. Founder and for many years editorial director of Hamlet, the Italian Association for Personnel Management magazine, he talks about his experience in the book L'impresa shakespeariana (Etas, 2002), "romanzo manageriale a colori" illustrated by Milo Manara.
