Alessandro Piperno Alessandro Piperno was born in 1972 in Rome, where he lives. He teaches French literature at Tor Vergata. He is a subeditor on Nuovi Argomenti, contributes to Corriere della Sera and Vanity Fair. He has written the essay Proust antiebreo (F. Angeli, 2000) and Con le peggiori intenzioni (Mondadori, 2005), which enjoyed great literary success; he has also won numerous prizes including the Premio Viareggio and Premio Campiello opera prima 2005.
