Silvia Vegetti Finzi
Silvia Vegetti Finzi A former professor of Dynamic Psychology, Silvia Vegetti Finzi is a renowned student of psychoanalysis and wrote many books of support for parents and school teachers. She contributes to Corriere della Sera and has long been running a mail column in the magazine Io Donna and in the monthly Insieme. She has been awarded two prizes for Psychoanalysis and Bioethics. She is currently a member of the Consiglio Superiore della Sanità. Among her books, many of which are translated in other countries, are: A piccoli passi (1994) with Anna Maria Battistin; I bambini sono cambiati (1996); L’età incerta (2001) and Quando i genitori si dividono: le emozioni dei figli (2005), all available from Oscar Mondadori; Parlar d’amore.
