Dino Risi

Dino Risi  is one of the great Post War directors. After the success of Poveri ma belli (1956), he directed three masterpieces in the Sixties: Una vita difficile, Il sorpasso and I Mostri. In 2002 he was awarded the Leone d’Oro for his career. His autobiography, I miei mostri (Mondadori, 2004)has recently been published.
