HOW TO BUY TICKETS AND ENTER EVENTS

All events € 4,50
Opening event nr. 1 (free entry with ticket which can be booked following the same procedure as the other events), nr. 7, 20 and 36: € 8,00; nr. 4, 18 and 30: € 12,00

A service fee is charged according to the sales circuit. The commission fee may vary from 1€ ( ticket office in Sarzana) to 1,20€ (online ticket office).

Once the ticket is purchased, Vivaticket will send a confirmation email with the link to either print the ticket or save it on your mobile phone. Having the ticket printed or saved on the mobile phone is mandatory to enter the events.

– July, 12th: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm – 7.00 pm
– from July 13th to August 27th: every day except for Sunday and August, 15th 9.30 am – 1.00 pm; on Friday also 4.00 pm – 8.00 pm
– from August 28th to August 31st: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm – 8.00 pm
– during the festival: 9.00 am – 11.00 pm

Duration of the events

The events last approximately 60 minutes, except for events n. 7, 19: 180 minutes; event n. 20: 120 minutes; event n. 31: 90 minutes; event n. 42: 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE:

– We recommend purchasing tickets online in order to avoid gatherings at the box office, as well as purchasing tickets promptly, as they have sold out quickly during past editions. Please also check the festival website, News area, for any updates.

– We recommend arriving well in advance in order to proceed with all the security measures. The venue will be open one hour before the event.

– For safety reasons, the audience must pass through a security check run by the authorized personnel. Inside the festival’s venues it is forbidden to bring suitcases, trolleys, backpacks, cans, glass and plastic bottles (only 0,5l bottles with no cap are allowed), spray bottles, sharp and pointed tools, or any other dangerous object which may damage other people’s safety.

– During the three days of the festival, the audience may appear in images or video recordings taken in a cultural scope and for the promotion of Festival della Mente 2023.

Festival Management reserves the right to make changes to the programme. Any variation to the schedule will be announced on our website (News area), on our social network pages, as well as at our information points and box offices. Access to events is not guaranteed once the event has started, including to ticket holders.

Refunds may be claimed only if an event is cancelled or moved to a new location of smaller holding capacity.

The tickets for the events taking place at Teatro degli Impavidi will be numbered. If the events are moved to other locations, the numbering will no longer be valid.

Disabled people can ask for a free ticket for their chaperon. The free ticket is to be asked via email: [email protected]; the number of seats for wheelchair users is limited.

PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATES

In order to receive the participation certificate, please send an e-mail to [email protected] by September, 16th indicating your name and the events you took part in. If requests are received after this deadline, please also specify the place and date of birth, together with the ticket stubs of each event. The approval of the credits is at discretion of your university/school.
