	<strong>Otegha Uwagba</strong> is a writer and brand consultant. Previously worked at media company <em>Vice</em> and creative agency AMV BBDO before founding Women Who, a network for creative working women.&nbsp;She was included in <em>Forbes</em>&nbsp;&laquo;30 under 30&raquo; list. She graduated at&nbsp;&nbsp;Oxford in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, and wrote&nbsp;<em>Little Black Book: A Toolkit For Working Women</em>&nbsp;and Whites: On Race and Other Falsehoods<em>, </em>both translated into Italian and published by Solferino.</p>

	is a designer and architect. Born in Oviedo (Spain), she lives and works in Milan. She was assistant to Achille Castiglioni and Eugenio Bettinelli and Milan and Paris, and managed product development for DePadova. She worked with Vico MAgistretti coordinating the design team for Lissoni Associati. She opened her studio in 2001. She designs products for important Italian and international companies, some of which featured in museums and collections. She was awarded the Gold Medal in fine arts by the Spanish government and the &ldquo;Order of Isabella the Catholic&rdquo; by the King of Spain Juan Carlos I. She was named &ldquo;Designer of the decade&rdquo; by the German magazines <em>Home </em>and<em> Ha&uuml;ser</em> and &ldquo;Designer of the year&rdquo; by <em>Wallpaper, Ad Spain, Elle Decor International</em>. Her book <em>&Egrave; tempo di fare un libro</em> (Rizzoli) came out in 2013.</p>
