He teaches Marketing and tourism at the University of Urbino, writes for Il Sole 24 Ore, hosts the show Il Gastronauta on Radio 24 and contributes to Style and Vanity Fair. His most recent books include: Guida ai ristoranti de Il Sole 24 Ore; for Sperling & Kupfer, Il mestiere del Gastronauta (2005) and La geografia emozionale del Gastronauta (2006).
