Davide Scabin Davide Scabin, 40 years old, Piemontese, has developed his own, very personal and ever-changing style of haute cuisine. His experience is based on solid beginnings and the skills learned at his first restaurant at Almese, through numerous stays abroad and at, his restaurant next door to the castle of Rivoli. Davide Scabin is a chef on the go mentally and physically; the generous portions of creativity with which he has been provided are not limited to the kitchen, but in the wine cellar and theatres where he is invited to represent a wine or a work of art.
