Elisa Castiglioni

Listen to your breath!

workshop  ages 11-17 – 60 minutes; 25 participants

Breathing, walking, eating, writing: we do these actions every day. But do we even notice? Every day is an opportunity to get to know ourselves in a new light, guided by small practices within everyone's reach. We get into the world of mindfulness through simple exercises to discover our emotions, learn to listen to ourselves and live in harmony with others and nature.
