The world of words: what they are, how they are born, why they die. A workshop focused on joy, language and imagination held by the creator of the Office of the Resurrection of the Lost Words to peer into the folds of words, just like a person peers into his soul. And viceversa.
Sabrina D’Alessandro is a visual artist and language scholar. Her research focuses on the relationship between word and imaginary, and on the expressive potential of rare and obsolete words. In 2009 he founded the URPS (Lost Words Resurrection Office). His work has been exhibited in public and private places of art and culture, in Italy and abroad, including CAMeC museum in La Spezia, which will inaugurate his personal exhibition in October 2021. She has published Il libro delle parole altrimenti smarrite (Rizzoli, 2011), Accendipensieri (Rizzoli Ragazzi, 2021).
