Event #62

Barbara Frandino

Afraid of what?

workshop

ages 4 to 8
60 minutes
25 participants

There’s fear of the dark and fear of getting sick, fear of making a mistake and fear of not living up to expectations. There are terrifying fears, such as losing someone, and more mischievous fears like not wanting to do homework or take a bath. We all know fear, but do we know how to defend ourselves from it? An event to learn the tricks needed to produce courage through the ancient practice of yoga.
