Event #28
Elena Iodice
Dancing on the stages of Bauhaus
Workshop ages 5-10 – 60 minutes; 20 participants
When the artist Oskar Schlemmer designed the costumes for the Triadic Ballet, he used coloured geometries that, moving with the body, played with void and painted it as if it was a canvas. During the workshop, new clothes will be invented for the “dancing men”, as he used to call them, ready to go on the stages of Bauhaus
*Booking fee required by the sales channel.
Elena Iodice, aka Solfanaria, is an architect and atelierista from Bologna. She is in love with art and she truly believes that it is something able to create connections when words are not enough. She organizes workshops in which art becomes a pre-text to speak about oneself and to find the magic of the unknown. The workshop is inspired by the pop-up book Balletto Bauhaus (Gallucci, 2019).
